Chicken Rice

1 cup rice, uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups milk
1 chicken, cut up
1 package dry onion soup mix


Sprinkle rice into bottom of greased Dutch oven. Mix canned soups and milk; heat until well blended. Pour over rice, mixing well. Place chicken over rice, sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Bake for 75 minutes or until done.

**May substitute meatballs for chicken if desired.
