Swiss Steak

3 lb round steak sliced
3 tbs margarine
1 tsp salt
1 large onion, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 cups ketchup
1 tbs parsley flakes
1 tbs garlic flakes
1 tsp oregano

Heat Dutch oven and add margarine. Brown steak. Add rest of ingredients, cover, and simmer 2 - 2 1/2 hours. 1/2 cups water may be added if mixture thickens too much.
