Raisin Pecan Apple Pie

6-8 Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
314 cup Sugar
2 tbls. flour
l/2 tsp. cinnamon
l/2 tsp. nutmeg
l/3 cup Chopped pecans
l/4 cup raisins
pastry for 2 crust pie

Mix together and put into pie shell. Top with second crust and seal edges. Slash top and brush with milk. Bake at 400 degrees 50 - 60 minutes. 8 to 10 coals bottom, 16 to 20 coals top. For 10 qt. oven.
