Salisbury steak

2 lb. Ground been
2/3 c breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 eggs
2 large onions
2 cans (10 oz. Each) condensed beef
2 cans (4 oz. Each) drained mushrooms
Broth: 1/4 cold water, 4-tbs. cornstarch

Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and eggs and make into 8 patties, 3/4 thick. Cook patties until brown and drain fat. Add onions, broth and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
