Salmon Teriyaki

(Serves 2)

2 salmon steaks or one can boneless skinless salmon drained 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce Pinch of ginger Small can chunk pineapple

Marinate salmon in Teriyaki sauce and ginger for at least 30 min Form steak if using canned salmon Add pineapple (drained) to taste

Seal in foil (Best if frozen night or 2 before)

Frozen cook 15 to 20 min a side over coals
