Easy Upside Down Pineapple Cake

12 inch dutch oven
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cans pineapple chunks(reserve juice)
1 white or yellow cake mix


Prepare cake mix according to package driections, usuing reserved juice from pineapple instead of water. Melt butter in dutch oven. Add brown sugar and pineapple (including remaining juice). Pour cake batter over the top of pineapple. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. 10 coals on bottom and 12-14 on top. A good thing to do is line the dutch oven with aluminum foil prior to starting to cook. This will make clean up a whole lot easier!
