Foil Packs

Place one portion of any meat( chicken,beef,pork) On large piece of heavy duty foil that has been sprayed with pam or rubbed with butter. Add any vegtables you like (our fav's are potatoes, rice, broocilli, onions, bell pepper, carrots )Add 1/2 can (you choice) cream of mushroom, or chicken or cheese soup, straight out of the can. salt & pepper to taste. Close foil tughtly to avoid leaks. Put in coals for 20- 45 min.( depeneds on type of meat & how big it is. Hint: use smaller cuts of meat for faster cooking.:
