Make and Take Burritos

1 pork roast (med)
6 green chili's
2 cans beans- red,pinto
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup chunky salsa
Flour Tortillas
505 green chili- found at Sam's club(really hot!)


Cook pork roast with green chili's for 6-8 hours in a slow cooker. Remove meat and shred, place in a skillet on the stove add beans, and salsa and cook until hot. Place mixture in flour tortilla and some cheese fold to make burrito. Place in plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to use, or these may also be froze. Warm burrito's and heat up green chili and serve over burrito. Garnish with sour cream and lettuce if you wish.
