Chicken Wraps

1 Box Spanish rice mix
2 to 3 chicken breasts
1 can Sweet Corn
1 can Kidney Beans
6 oz. Salsa (your favorite brand)


Cook Spanish rice according to directions. When you add the water to the rice mix, also add the salsa and raw chicken. Simmer until liquids are absorbed. Add corn and kidney beans. Warm for about 5 min. and serve.

Scoop into tortilla shells, add cheese and sour cream if your taste buds desire. Roll and enjoy.
