Baked Pepper Garlic Trout

2 trout filets
1/4 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of coarse ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic diced
3-4 lemon slices or 1 tablespoon of lemon pepper

This also works over open flame if you are camping because it is wrapped in tin foil. Take the butter, pepper, and diced garlic and combine to make a spread. Spread this on the filets and then add the lemon slices on top of the filets. Wrap in tin foil, put in oven at 350 degrees for 10 min or over open flame in tin foil for 10 min. Once this is reached, remove from foil and savor the flavor. Serve with mashed potatoes or eggs for breakfast.
