Harvest Potatoes

2-3 large russet potatoes

1 large sweet potato

1 green pepper

1 medium yellow onion (Vidalia is delicious)

3 T. Crisco (this amount will need to be adjusted to your liking)

salt & pepper to taste



Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into 1/2" thick coins or chunks. Also, thinly slice onion and green pepper. Combine and cook with Crisco in large skillet. Use medium heat for about 30 minutes
