Mexican Rice and Beef

1/2 lb. ground beef
4 whole scallions
1+1/2 teas. chili powder
1 (8 oz). can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup Minute Rice

Brown beef & scallions, add tomato, water, chili powder. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, cover, stand for 5 min. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4
