White Sauce

At Home:

2 T. dry milk
1 T. Butter Buds
1 1/2 T. flour
pinch salt

into a bag.

At Camp:

mix mixture and 1 cup water 1 1/2 T. butter or melt butter and cook the mixture slowly 1-2 minutes, low heat. Stir until thick 4-5 minutes. Add spices or cheese for a sauce over rice or noodles,
