Over the Coals Dinner

1 (12x10x2 1/2 inch) foil baking pan
1 (1 lb.) pkg. ring bologna, cut into 1" thick slices
3 md Baking potatoes, sliced
2 c Green Giant Frozen cut green beans
1/2 c Red bell pepper strips
1/4 c Margarine or butter,melted
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Cracked black pepper

Grill directions: Heat grill. Spray foil pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange bologna, potatoes, green beans and bell pepper randomly in sprayed pan. Pour melted margarine evenly over mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.

When ready to grill, place pan on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cover grill; cook 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. 4 servings. Note: To broil, place food on broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times provided as guide.
