Campfire Potatoes

4 md Potatoes, cut into bit size pieces (up to 6)
1 md Onion, diced
Margarine (butter burns)
Salt and pepper
Tinfoil


Spread margarine on sheet of tinfoil and then spread potatoes evenly on top. Sprinkle onions on top and dab with margarine, salt and pepper. Place another sheet of tinfoil on top and seal edges tightly. Wrap entire parcel 1-3 times more with tinfoil. Place on campfire grate or barbeque; takes about 20 minutes.

Campfire Vegetables: same procedure as above except use one of the following ideas:

niblet corn baby carrot, sliced zuchini, chives 2 large spanish onions 2-3 cups whole mushrooms - ideas are endless
